I'm not sure how this found its way into our driveway, but it's now been moved onto the sidewalk at the corner of Olive and St John where it remains.

As the entire photo shows, it's a standard traffic barricade. I think they used to be called sawhorses. The police use. Them to contain crowds, block streets, etc.
