For the most part the police do not monitor this site so you will have to call public safety 203 946-6316. You can also call the police district manager for the area and the alderperson.

XYZ you seem to have an inaccurate view of the duties of the Alderperson which you cite frequently. If a highway ramp is being compromised in the street connecting to the highway this IS a police issue! Your other postings also reveal the same misinterpretations.
